At Veg Roof, we strive to provide the best products and services for vertical vegetable gardening. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines our approach to cancellations and refunds.

1. No Cancellations  

- Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.  

- We encourage customers to review their orders thoroughly before completing the purchase.

2. No Refunds  

- We do not offer refunds for any products or services, including completed or in-progress orders.

- In case of installation or after services, it is not possible to accept any refund request.  

- All sales are final, except in cases where the product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery (see Section 3).

3. Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items  

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:  

- You must notify us within 2 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage or defect.  

- After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement or repair, depending on the situation.  

- Claims submitted after the specified period will not be accepted.

4. Installation and Setup Services  

- Our services are customized and tailored to each customer. Once the setup process begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.

5. Customer Responsibilities  

- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the order details, delivery address, and other information provided are accurate.  

- For services, customers must ensure their premises are ready for the setup as agreed upon.
