What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please take photos or videos immediately and share them with our team on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll verify and resolve it quickly.

Is there a time limit to report damage?
Yes. All physical damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package to qualify for free replacement or compensation.

Do I need to return the damaged product?
In most cases, return is not needed. We assess the damage through shared visuals and send a replacement part or full unit as required.

Will I get a refund or replacement for damaged items?
You can choose between a free replacement or full refund depending on the extent of the damage and availability of stock.

Who bears the cost of damage during shipping?
Veg Roof takes full responsibility for any transit damage, and we do not charge anything extra for its resolution.

Are packaging or minor scratches considered damage?
Minor scuffs or superficial marks during transport do not qualify as functional damage. Only structural damage is covered under damage claims.

What if my package was stolen or marked delivered but not received?
Contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
