1. Do you offer physical gardening visits after installation?
Yes, for customers in Delhi NCR, we offer monthly expert visits to monitor plant health, suggest improvements, and help you get better yields.


2. What services are included in the monthly visit?
Our gardening expert will:

Inspect overall plant growth

Check for pests, diseases, or soil issues

Guide on seasonal planting and harvesting

Suggest fertilizers and maintenance improvements

Answer your personal gardening queries on-site



3. Is this service free or paid?
The first visit (within 30 days of installation) is usually complimentary. Subsequent visits are part of a paid plan, which can be monthly or quarterly.


4. Can I choose specific dates or time slots for the visit?
Yes, visit timings are pre-scheduled based on mutual convenience. You can request morning or afternoon slots, and we try to accommodate preferred days.


5. What if I need urgent support between two monthly visits?
You can always reach out via your WhatsApp group or customer support line. In urgent cases, an extra visit can be scheduled (charges may apply).


6. Do you provide visit plans outside Delhi NCR?
Not yet. However, we offer virtual consultations (video calls) for PAN India customers. We’re working to expand physical visit support in more cities soon.


7. Can your team help me replant or upgrade my tower during a visit?
Yes, you can book a maintenance or upgrade visit, where our team can refresh the soil, replant crops, or add new towers and accessories as needed.
