What payment methods are accepted for placing an order?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePay, Paytam), debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments through secure payment gateways.

Is EMI available on large purchases?
EMI options are available on selected payment gateways for orders above a certain value. You’ll see EMI options at checkout if eligible.

Are there any ongoing discounts or coupon codes?
Yes, we regularly run seasonal offers and bundle discounts. Ask our sales team or check our website’s banner for active promo codes.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or gift packages?
Yes. We provide special pricing and personalized packaging for bulk orders (3+ towers) and gift sets. Contact our team for a custom quote.

Is there any benefit for prepaid orders?
Yes! All prepaid orders get priority dispatch and are often eligible for extra savings or freebies like seed kits or gardening gloves.

Are refunds possible if payment fails but money is deducted?
Absolutely. In case of payment failure with deduction, the amount is automatically refunded within 3–5 working days by the payment gateway.

Do you provide GST invoices for business purchases?
Yes, we can issue GST-compliant invoices on request. Please share your GST details at the time of placing the order.
