🔹 1. How will the tower be delivered to me?
Answer:
We use courier or surface transport for PAN India deliveries, and our in-house delivery team for Delhi NCR. The product is packed in compact, easy-to-handle boxes.

🔹 2. Will I be notified before the delivery?
Answer:
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link and estimated delivery time via SMS or WhatsApp. Our Delhi NCR team also gives a pre-delivery confirmation call.

🔹 3. Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?
Answer:
Yes, or please ensure someone is available to receive and check the package. In case of damage or missing items, inform us within 48 hours.

🔹 4. What should I do once the package is delivered?
Answer:

Check for any damaged or missing parts

Open the box and verify components using the checklist provided

Store the components in a dry, shaded place until installation

🔹 5. Will the delivery team install the tower on arrival?
Answer:
Only in Delhi NCR, our team installs the tower on the spot (if booked with installation). PAN India customers will receive video and printed guides for DIY setup.

🔹 6. Should I schedule the installation on the same day as delivery?
Answer:
If you're in Delhi NCR, we coordinate delivery and installation together. If you're outside Delhi NCR, plan DIY assembly for a day with good weather and sunlight, preferably not rainy or windy.

🔹 7. Can the package be kept outside if I'm not home?
Answer:
We don’t recommend keeping it outdoors unattended. The package contains soil and plastic components that could be affected by weather or theft. Ask a neighbor or guard to receive it if possible.
